Once added, can a client be deleted?

Once added, a client cannot be deleted. You can only inactivate a client.


If Email ID is entered in client, will Papilio send email notifications to clients automatically?

Email ID entered in client information is only for information purpose. Papilio cannot send an email to your client contact.  But can be sent to a client user. Please refer to "Providing access to client" for more information.


Can I create group companies?

Yes. Navigate to the group company. In the company information screen, all companies under this company can be added.


Why does Papilio allow multiple users to a client?

As you already are aware, you can create any many users for client also. The advantage of such creation is in giving access to client user on specific service only. For ex: For a client, two services are in progress. One is Statutory Audit and the other service is Scrutiny Assessment. You may wish to associate only accountant to Statutory Audit service.. Where as, for a scrutiny assessment, you may want to associate CFO of client. This will make each client user has access to only those service that they need to look at.


Can client user also access files?

Yes. Any file that is unlocked, in a service in which client is also associated, can be seen by client. 


Can my client upload files?

Yes. Client can upload files to a service if the client is associated to such service.
