I do not see "Time" option in my login.

This could be because you have not enabled "Time" module on your Papilio account. To enable "Timesheets" and to know more, refer to a detailed article on Timesheets.


Can I enter time from mobile app?

Yes. Not only you can enter time from mobile app, but also you can submit time sheets. Also, if your team has submitted timesheets for your approval, you can review, and approve/ reject timesheets also.


Timesheet is not allowing me to enter time for a particular service.

This is because, the service that you want to enter time for, is closed now. Note that time cannot be entered for closed services.


I worked on a service. But I do not find that client/ service in the options to enter time.

Check if you are associated to that service. You can do this by going to "Services" tab, and look in the list of "Active" services. If you do not see the service, then you cannot enter time to such services.


Timesheet is not allowing me to enter time for a day. Cell is grayed out, and I see a " * " next to time. 

At times, you see something like this for a particular day


This is because there is more than one time log entry for the same activity, for the same day, something like this:

You can see this view by going to "Detail" view on your timesheet

I am not able to enter time as I do not see any activity to select. What should I do?

You may need to create these activities under "Admin" -> "Settings". Click on "Configure Lists". By default, you see "Staff Level". In the same drop down, select "Chageable Code" if you want to create activity codes for "Chargeable" or select "Non-chargeable Codes" to create non-chargeable activities. Add items and navigate back to enter time. You will be able to see these activities.


I am not able to add or modify my time after I submitted it.

Timesheet cannot be edited or time cannot be added to a timesheet which is submitted or approved. You can edit a timesheet only if it is in "Draft" mode or "Reject"ed by your approving manager.
