A Service can be created from "Services" tab. If you would like to create multiple services, use "Upload Services"

Click on "PLUS" button on bottom right corner. Following popup window is displayed:

  • In "Client" field, enter few characters of client name. As this is an auto-fill field, client names having those letters will be displayed, as shown below:

Select the client name for whom you would like to create a service. 

  • Select "Category". Based on selected category, "Service Types" are displayed. Select appropriate service type.
  • For the selected category and service type, templates are displayed, if any. Select appropriate "Template".
  • If you would like to specify due date for the service, select "Due on" and click on "Save".


Note: By specifying due date, this service will be displayed in "Dashboard"s of all users associated with this service. It is always a good practice to specify both start date and due date for each service.


After a service is created successfully, you are taken to the newly created service page 


Right section of service page has option to associate people. 


Click on "+" symbol to select people to associate


Select people to associate, and click on "Associate" button. Selected users will be associated to the service and a notification will be sent to all associated users by email and/ or SMS.

Note: If a person is inactivated, automatically, that person is removed from service.

Note that associating people to a service and allocating tasks are two different activities. A person can be associated to a service for various reasons, like supervisory purposes, reviewer purpose etc., Such persons might not be assigned to any specific task in this service.
